I bought Chaff Cutter for Rs 16300.

When talked to Sales (Preethi), didn't even care to know the details and referred to Support, very rude.
And Support didn't even responded to my calls or messages.
WORST customer service and feel cheated for such small amount, if they keep doing this, hope someone will surely drag them to consumer court.
